Welcome to AI Solutions with T. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
AI Solutions with T provides AI-powered automation services, including (but not limited to) AI receptionists, call handling, lead capture, messaging automation, and workflow integrations.
Services are provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
2. Free Trial – 7 Days
We offer a 7-day free trial on selected subscription services.
During the trial period, you will have full access to the agreed service.
If no calls are saved or handled by the AI system during the 7-day trial, no monthly subscription fee will be charged.
If the AI system successfully saves or handles one or more calls during the trial, the monthly subscription fee will automatically commence at the end of the 7-day period.
Call-saving activity is tracked through system logs and call records and is considered final.
3. Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance once the free trial (if applicable) has ended.
By signing up, you authorise AI Solutions with T to charge your nominated payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
4. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)
All setup fees are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Account setup
AI configuration
Workflow creation
CRM or platform integrations
Custom scripting or branding
This applies regardless of whether you continue with the service after setup.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the free trial period. Cancellation will stop future billing. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
✔ Provide accurate business information
✔ Ensure compliance with local laws regarding call recording, messaging, and privacy
✔ Notify us of any required changes to scripts, workflows, or business operations
AI Solutions with T is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by inaccurate or outdated information provided by the client.
7. Service Limitations
While our AI systems are designed to perform reliably:
✔ We do not guarantee 100% uptime
✔ We do not guarantee sales, conversions, or business outcomes
✔ Performance may vary depending on call volume, setup quality, and client responsiveness
8. Liability Disclaimer
AI Solutions with T shall not be liable for:
✔ Lost revenue or missed opportunities
✔ Business interruptions
✔ Incorrect information provided by callers
✔ Third-party platform outages or failures
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
